The Phoenix Users Group conference is held each year in the New England region in order to allow as many possible AMS Services employees to attend and interact with the user community. Having direct access during the conference to many AMS Services employees is a tremendous way to get your issues and concerns heard.
The conference lasts 3 days with several group events taking place. At the heart of the conference are the ever-popular break-out sessions, which are developed by the user community for the user community. In the past, we've had sessions that focus on new features in Phoenix, best practices in Phoenix and many other topics.
Each year we also have panel discussions where users and companies can learn how others in the community handle specific issues from a both technical and business perspective.
And we always have great turnout from the vendor community that supports and enhances Phoenix.
We try to keep the cost of the conference low in order to encourage as many of your employees to attend.
